All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). You will receive an order confirmation e-mail once your order has been transmitted and a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped.

We make every effort to process your order within 3-7 business days upon receipt. Please be advised that it may take up to 2 weeks for your order to ship depending on when it was ordered. PLEASE NOTE: During the holiday season, our order processing time may increase due to USPS backups. REMINDER: Saturday delivery is standard for USPS. DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. Unfortunately, we are not shipping internationally at this time. AVERAGE DELIVERY TIME: 10-15 BUSINESS DAYS

Belgrade St will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if there is any shipping delay with your order. You may check on your order status at any time by emailing us at info@belgradest.com.

At BELGRADE ST, your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We know it is sometimes necessary to exchange or return an item. BELGRADE ST will accept returns for refund or exchange within 15 days of the ship date, AS LONG AS THE ITEM IS NOT WORN OR ALTERED. Refunds will be paid by credit to the original credit card. If the item is returned after 15 days of the ship date, a refund will no longer be available -- merchandise credit or exchange will be issued. If the item is found to have been worn or altered, BELGRADE ST will determine if the garment can be salvaged. IF DETERMINED THAT THE GARMENT CANNOT BE RESOLD, NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE WILL BE APPROVED.
To process a return, each returned item must have a BELGRADE ST return authorization. To obtain a return authorization, please send an email to info@belgradest.com. Please include the ORDER DATE, ORDER NUMBER and reason for the return or exchange in your email. Upon agreement to accept goods for refund, credit or exchange, BELGRADE ST will issue the return authorization. RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR AUTHORIZATION. The return package should have a copy of the return authorization email along with the original shipping invoice and shipped in a secure package (with any insured shipper) to the address given in the authorization email.
An item purchased as an exchange is considered a new purchase and will need to be charged prior to return process. Once the return item is received, the credit will be issued for the cost of the original item. Please allow 7-14 days for us to receive your return and process your request. Sales of special offers and closeout items are final. No returns or exchanges will be permitted for such items. These items will be clearly marked, indicating their limitations.
