To visit during the off season, please contact us in advance.

When to order: It is best to order promptly. Invariably some plants listed will become too short in supply to meet demand. We ship as soon as plants are ready in the spring through the arrival of Winter, which can be any time between mid-October to early December. Should weather or other conditions adversely affect your plants, we reserve the right to cancel or delay shipment of all or part of an order. If you accept substitutions, please send a list of desired substitutions. We will sub with plants of equal or greater value only.  

Payment information: Payment must be in full before we can process your order. Pay by PayPal, Check, Money Order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express Check, or Money Order,. Contact us if you wish to make other arrangements.

Delivery: Your DAYLILY order will be shipped USPS unless otherwise requested. List your street address.Your order could be delayed or returned without it. Please include a telephone number. Although we do not guarantee shipment on the exact date requested, we make every effort to ship as close to that date as possible. Orders placed in advance may be picked up by prior arrangement at the nursery at no additional charge.

Availability, Refunds, Substitutions: All the plants listed are in ample supply, good vigor, and health; nevertheless, factors such as weather influence all living things. So with your permission, we will substitute a similar variety of equal or greater value, should we be unable to supply a plant that has become unavailable. Please supply us with a list of desirable substitutes. Don't worry, we are generous, and you'll be delighted. This list will also be used as a guide when we select your gift plants which accompany nearly every order. Otherwise, we will substitute with like items of equal or greater value.

When to call: As a rule, calls should be made between 8:30 A.M. to 10:30 AM or between 7:00 - 9:00 in the evening. Much of our work involves shipping & processing orders, making seed, and maintaining the garden. If you reach voice mail, please leave a message so that we might call you back.

U.S. Order: Minimum Orders: $75.00 plus shipping

International Orders: Minimum order $150.00 plus shipping. Approved for shipment to EOC countries. Please allow up to six weeks for processing. We'll ship sooner whenever possible. Send payment via international money order or credit card. New accounts, please send ample postage. On established accounts, we will bill you the exact amount.

Phytosanitary Certificates: $100.00
