Tracking
When we schedule your package for mailing we will send you a tracking number; you can input your tracking number at the USPS Track & Confirm page.

Note:
The first entry will be made by our postage machine, and indicates that we have printed the postage, The date of this entry will be the date of mailing or one day after the date of mailing (sometimes the following Monday for weekend orders). After that, the USPS is supposed to scan the package and update the tracking information upon "acceptance" (when we take the package to the post office). En route the USPS is not obligated to scan the package and enter intermediate waypoints, but they will occasionally do this. Upon delivery or attempted delivery, the USPS is supposed to scan the package and update the online tracking records. 

Reshipment of Unclaimed Packages
The United States Postal Service (USPS) will make a single delivery attempt, and leave a notice if you are not around to get the package. In practice, the notice often "disappears" without a trace. It is very important for you to keep an eye on the USPS tracking page. You will be e-mailed a shipping notice that contains a tracking number when your order is shipped. It is your responsibility to periodically check the USPS tracking web page so that you will be able to notice when a delivery has been attempted and be able to contact the post office for a redelivery, preventing packages from being returned to us. If the tracking information on the USPS site clearly notes that delivery has been attempted, but the package is later returned to us as unclaimed, we will unfortunately have to charge you for the postage required to reship the package.

International customers, please note:
All international packages must pass through their country's local customs office. Import duties, taxes, and charges (typically collected upon delivery or pickup) are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please check with your country's custom office prior to making a purchase to determine what these additional costs will be.

Additionally, missed delivery attempts may result in additional charges imposed by your local delivery company, which include, but are not limited to custom duties, extra handling fees, and/or storage fees. Please be sure that you are available to receive your package at the time of delivery.  

Payments
All payments must be made in US funds. All orders will be shipped only to verified credit card billing addresses or confirmed paypal addresses. We reserve the right to request additional documents for international orders, including an emailed copy of your credit card (front and back), photo ID clearly showing your name and billing address, and/or credit card statement clearly showing your name and billing address. If the billing address you enter does not match the address on file with your credit card company, or we request additional documentation and it is not provided, your order will be cancelled. Orders that have inconsistent or suspected fraudulent information will also be cancelled.


Delivery times (Domestic)
Delivery times for USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail, are only estimates and may take longer, particularly during peak Seasons. If you do not receive your package within the quoted delivery time frame, email us at customerservice@elicina.us and we can look up its status.


Delivery times (International)
International delivery times listed above are only estimates and may take longer. Each international package must pass through customs, which can significantly add to delivery times. Although most of our international customers receive their packages within 10 business days, please expect a wait of up to 6 weeks.

United States Postal Service Shipping Options
When you check out during the purchase process you will be offered one or more choices for shipping, based on the weight of your packaged purchases and the shipping destination, as determined by the U.S. Zip Code or country that you enter.

We ship to APO, FPO and DPO addresses.
We also ship to US Protectorates and Territories that are served by the US Postal Service (USPS), including American Samoa, Guam, Mariana Islands, Micronesia, Palau, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands.
