TCT Heavy Fishtail Carving Chisels for Stone/Marble

These Chisels are specifically for fine carving complex shapes in the tougher Stones/Marbles. They have High Angle Ground Tips, just like our Heavy Duty Carving Range, but the sides have been relieved or ‘Fishtailed’ to provide excellent clearance for complicated carvings. Ideal for fine, deep grooves, where the stone at either side is fragile, so that damage and unnecessary remedial work is avoided. These tools are an Inch longer (9”) than the standard Range (8”), to provide that extra reach when working in tight spaces.
