This is JPCA's first boat scavenger hunt. Come and join us on August 19th from 1 PM to 4 PM. Checkin begins at Hall's Beach at 12:15 PM. Make it a fun day with family and/or friends. You will need something to take photos whether it be a smart phone, IPAD, camera etc. A scavenger list will be provided of items to look for - some of them just a need a photo and others are a physical item. The checklist next to the item indicates whether it is a photo only or physical item. Each item has been assigned points. At the end of the 3 hours, there will be volunteers at Hall's Beach on the docks to check items either photo or physical and add up the points. There will be prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
All boats must pre-register by August 15th. There is an on-line form available or the form can be printed and filled out. Follow the instructions. There is a minimal fee for this event $10.00 for a boat and $15.00 for a float boat. This is to help with some of the costs to have this event, goodie bags,for boats, prizes etc.
