RETURN POLICY 

KOCH Magic has a strict non-refund policy.  The secret is the value of the products we sell.  Once you know the secret, we can't get that back from you. Once you've received the product, you have access to the secret, therefore you've accepted ownership of the product and secret.

If the merchandise you purchase directly from us is defective, and you contact us about the defect within 30 days, we will replace it with a non-defective version of the same item.  If the item is no longer available, we will contact you to arrange a refund or other exchange.
