Ordering:
Orders may be placed thru our website, by e-mail, or by phone.
To order by e-mail, please provide full name, phone number, shipping address, credit card number, expiration date, and 3 digit security code. Please include a list of the items to be ordered including brand, model, size, and color.

Method of Payment:
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping or applicable taxes. Payments may be completed by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or Paypal. Foreign purchases are subject to additional fees incurred by currency exchange and/or any other associated fees. 

Billing:
Most items we carry are subject to stock confirmation. Items are not billed until they are actually shipped. Please note that some items may need to be ordered, however, ordered items are billed at the time the order is completed. Completed orders cannot be cancelled nor refunded. Lessons are billed at the time appointment request is completed. Requested dates maybe reschedule in case of adverse weather and/or wind conditions. No extra charges for rescheduling due to weather or wind conditions.

Warranty:
Products manufactured by Cabrinha, Best, NPX, Neilpride, H2O, are guaranteed and inspected before distribution. Detailed manufacture's inspection diminishes the risk of defective equipment due to craftsmanship. If the ordered product is proven to be defective and has not been used, replacement will follow manufacture's warranty policy and procedures.
