This B, Brain support formula supplies 14 essential brain nutrients which have historically help improve concentration, memory and alertness. Works well with H and HQ-Heart support for circulation of blood to the brain. May help to calm hyperactive children. Contains animal RNA/DNA factors, B vitamins, amino acids and other herbs. I never recommend taking more than 6 capsules per day for anyone. It can be taken before an all night study session to possibly help with brain functions.
