New Old Stock, Part Number 24-20775A1.  Recoil Starter Spring as used on the Mark 20H and many more two cylinder Mercury engines including the KG4 and KG7.  We have the spring in three different Mercury packages, in a box, in plastic bag and loose in a can.  They are all the same part with same part number so do not be alamed if the one you get is not as shown in the first picture.
