As with all music CDs, these products cannot be returned once they have been opened. Of course, the exception is to exchange a defective unit. Master Seven fully guarantees every CD.
If upon receipt, the unit is defective, simply send us an email at orders@jamseven.com and we will issue a Return Authorization Number. We will send a replacement unit after inspecting the defective product.
